ADDENDUM #11 RFP 25-012 JANITORIAL SERVICE CITY OF COMMERCE This addendum is being issued to include additional qualifications required by Offeror on RFP 25-012: 1. Additional requirement for contractor awarded bid for RFP 25-012 The CONTRACTOR awarded the contract for RFP 25-012 Janitorial Service City of Commerce; will be required to provide a criminal background check on any employee the CONTRACTOR intends on utilizing to satisfy services for the CITY with regards to janitorial service. Each criminal background check will be reviewed and approved or denied by the City of Commerce Police Chief or his designee. The CONTRACTOR will be required to provide a criminal background check to the CITY; any time the CONTRACTOR intends to utilize a new employee for services on any CITY property. The CITY can request updated criminal background checks on any of the CONTRACTOR’s employees if it is deemed in the best interest of the CITY. Prior to the annual renewal of the contract, the CONTRACTOR will be required to submit updated criminal background checks on all employees the CONTRACTOR intends on utilizing to provide services on CITY property. This addendum should be signed and returned with your proposal. Failure to do so may result in the proposal being non-responsive.
