The Bridgeton Board of Education (district), Bridgeton, NJ is accepting proposals from qualified agencies to provide Physical Therapy. The services shall be well suited to meet the Individual Education Plan (IEP) service requirements of a K-12 school district’s special education students. B. SCOPE OF SERVICES The related service provider(s) for each service shall complete the Special Education Medicaid Initiative (SEMI) related paperwork in a timely manner as it pertains to district procedures.
