ADDENDUM #3 RFP 26-011 FY26 LMIG This addendum is being issued to address a follow-up question submitted regarding RFP 26-011: • Shankle Heights and North Bowden call for milling, will they be getting full milling? If so, will the full milling go to the dirt or to a depth of 1.5"? Yes, it will be fully milled to a depth of 1.5 inch • What is the right-of-way measurement for Belmont St and Shankle Heights Rd? 50 ft • The widening on Belmont St/ Shankle Heights calls for 10 feet widening. Is there a preferred side to widen? Can the widening be split 5 feet on each side? Yes, the widening will all be on the 495 Shankle heights sides • On Belmont St/ Shankle Heights widening, is the City going to remove the stumps and relocate utilities or be responsible for the utilities? The hydrants will be relocated but the contractor is responsible for removing the stumps • On Wood St, will the City be responsible for relocating the utilities(including guy wires for overhead lines) for the widening? If the guide wires need to be relocated, then the city will take care of that issue • Does the City want the loop on Wood Street to be paved over the existing gravel layout? Or will the inner portion of the loop be paved also? Yes, the loop needs to be fully paved • What is the right-of-way measurement for Wood Street? 30 ft • Wood St receives 25MM asphalt at a minimum of 4". Will Wood St also receive 1.5" of 9.5MM overlay? Yes, it will need to be topped by 1.5 inch of 9.5mm This addendum should be signed and returned with your proposal.
