ADDENDUM #2 RFP 26-011 FY26 LMIG This addendum is being issued to address a follow-up question submitted regarding RFP 26-011: 1. On the street list, Shankle Heights is listed from Shankle Rd to Elizabeth St and you have the length being 1800'. I attached a picture that shows that length is close to half of that. Can you please provide if those are the limits and if the 900 feet is accurate? It starts at Shankle rd. going around the horseshoe tun turning into Belmont st finishing at Elizabeth St. Exiting the horseshoe in both directions 30 ft and the space between is the area being widened approximately 460ft. 2. On Orchard Circle, there is an additional small street that cuts around the backside. Are we responsible for paving this? Yes, that area is to be added to your bid Page 1 of 2 3. Is this project a lump sum bid or will you provide units and unit prices will govern? It is lump sum, but a breakdown of each road is preferred. 4. If this project is a Lump Sum Bid and there is patching on Shankle Heights, can you please provide the tons so we can put that into our bid?
