ADDENDUM #1 RFP 26-011 FY26 LMIG This addendum is being issued to address a follow-up question submitted regarding RFP 26-011: 1. Do you want the striping to be thermo plastic? All roads are to be thermo plastic. 2. Can you please provide a map clearly showing the limits of construction on each road? We currently only have the attached maps available; however, the starting and ending points are clearly defined. 3. In the scope, 3.1.10 it states roads not milled down will be edge milled. Which streets are getting milled down? North Bowden and Shankle heights are to be milled down. 4. Is Lime or LASA a requirement in the asphalt mixes? Yes, if it meets GDOT requirements. 5. Is any patching expected? If so, how should the contractor budget or price this? The only patching that is required will be on Shankle Heights. This addendum should be signed and returned with your proposal. Failure to do so may result in the proposal being non-responsive.
