Description

The Bridgeton Board of Education (district), Bridgeton, NJ is accepting proposals from qualified agencies to provide Physical Therapy.&nbsp; The services shall be well suited to meet the Individual Education Plan (IEP) service requirements of a K-12 school district&rsquo;s special education students.&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;B.&nbsp; SCOPE OF SERVICES&nbsp;The related service provider(s) for each service shall complete the Special Education Medicaid Initiative (SEMI) related paperwork in a timely manner as it pertains to district procedures.&nbsp; The agency shall be responsible for providing laptops and testing instruments when needed to complete their assignment.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Occupational Therapy and Physical Therapy Services&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Occupational and Physical Therapy Services shall include, but are not limited to:&nbsp;<ul style="margin-bottom: 0in; mar
