The Town of Marana Development Services Department (Town) desires to retain the services of one qualified Consultant to provide Infrastructure Improvement Plan (IIP), Land Use Assumptions (LUA), and Development Impact Fee (DIF) Study services for the Town. The Town’s intent is to ensure that the IIP and DIF structure accurately reflects the cost of providing growth-related infrastructure and services, complies with state law, and aligns with the Town’s General Plan, Capital Improvement Program (CIP), and strategic priorities. The selected consultant will provide project management throughout the process, including planning and development of the IIP, LUA, and DIF. This would include facilitating, presenting, and managing required meetings for stakeholders and staff, as well as giving presentations to the Council.
