QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS RFP 2024-01 Professional Audit Services QUESTION 1 Please provide the budgeted expenditure related to the audit services for FY 2023 & FY2024. ANSWER 1 FY24 is our first year of operations. We budgeted $13,000 for FY24. QUESTION 2 Please note if there have been any findings or deficiencies noted in the prior 2 years of audits. Also provide the status of the corrective action on any noted matters. ANSWER 2 Not applicable. FY24 is our first year of operations. QUESTION 3 Is there a preference for on-site in person work to be completed? What estimated percentage would be preferred to be completed in person for the audit? ANSWER 3 No preference. QUESTION 4 Would the best fit for the College be a) a firm with superior experience serving higher education institutions that are under GASB standards or b) a firm with superior experience serving charter schools in the state of Florida? ANSWER 4 Preferably charter school experience in the state of Florida.
