This Addendum is part of the Contract Documents in accordance with the provisions of Section 200-05, Addenda, and Interpretation. GENERAL: 1. Refer to attached document for summary of responses to inquiries received. 2. The Advertisement stated required bid submittal documents have changed. Only Electronic document submittals through Bid Express are required. 3. In The Proposal Page P-20 Bid Proposal Sign-Off Sheet has changed. CONTRACT SPECIFICATIONS: 1. Section 01 - Advertisement – a) DELETE “All submissions must include a Flash drive with the bid documents completed & signed” in its entirety.
