The selected vendor will provide Unlimited Co-Managed IT Services and Advance IT Security Support on an ongoing basis, primarily delivered remotely unless otherwise agreed in writing. The services will cover the following hardware, software, and service specifications, with the expectation of a 30-minute response or acknowledgment during normal business hours (7:30 AM – 4:30 PM EST, Monday – Friday) and support for after-hours issues as needed.
