It shall be the responsibility of interested Bidders to adhere to any changes or revisions to the RFP as identified in this Addendum No. 2. This documentation shall become permanent and made part of the departmental files. ATTACHMENT A: Agenda Addendum No. 2 is hereby incorporated into the original proposal documents, which will now be referenced accordingly. This addendum, along with any subsequent addenda, will be considered an integral part of any resulting contract documents and shall have the same effect as if originally issued. All sections not modified by this addendum will remain as originally stated and in full force and effect. Lujan RECC Director Purchasing Division Public Safety Department Project Information Santa Fe County is soliciting proposals from qualified firms to evaluate, assess, and revise all existing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and policies for the Regional Emergency Communications Center (RECC). The successful Offeror will: • Review and analyze current SOPs, policies, and administrative practices; • Identify inconsistencies, duplications, and areas for improvement or non-compliance; • Recommend and draft updated procedures aligned with NENA, CALEA, and other national bestpractice standards; • Provide staff training and implementation guidance to ensure consistency and operational efficiency.
