ADDENDUM #3 RFP 21-008 Water and Sewer Installer This addendum is being issued to address questions submitted on RFP 21-008. Q1. A1. Our suppliers will not be able to hold pricing for 3 years on materials. Per section 2.2 located on page seven of RFP 21-008, this installation is for labor cost only. The material cost will be what they are at that specific time. Q2. A2. Our labor cost will fluctuate over a 3 year period. The bid schedule for RFP 21-008 found on attachment 1, has three (3) separate columns for each requested year. The proposer is welcome to submit different cost for each year (see below). Q3. A3. Is there going to be a quantity added to the Unit? The quantity is dependent on the specific project and job of the future. The items listed on the bid schedule are only examples of ‘potential’ work that may be required. Most items are labor cost to install ‘per linear foot’ (pipe or boring, etc.) or the labor to install each appliance or device (valve, hydrants, manhole, etc.) Q4. A4. What is the max contract that can be awarded under this contract? There is no max for this contract due to unknown potential project size. We are looking for the most efficient labor cost to perform listed job task. Q5. A5. On the bid schedule, several line items say “12x8-Inch TS&V” under #7. This was listed in error. #7 of the bid schedule should read as the below and will be corrected: This addendum should be singed and returned with your proposal.
