If the wall is backfilled up to the top, is it acceptable to eliminate the veneer on the back side of the wall where it will be fully covered by backfill material? 2 The gravity wall item is currently measured per linear foot (L.F). Given the varying heights of the wall along the terrain, would it be more appropriate to change the unit of measurement from linear feet to cubic yards? Yes, plus use 920 square feet for the quantity. The Cost Proposal form has been adjusted accordingly. The revised form is provided via Addendum #2. 3 I saw there are full depth of road, in plan summary qty saw 12.5 MM, 2" milling qty and tack coat, but in bid schedule saws only patching and 19 MM qty, please check it and give in bid schedule ? The Cost Proposal form has been updated to include 12.5mm asphalt and 2” milling. There is no separate pay item for tack coat. Tack should be included in the unit price for asphalt. The revised form is provided via Addendum #2. 4 Should GC include base course in bid item #7 considering the tons of asphalt and base course are different? Or will the city add a separate item for the base course only? The Cost Proposal has been updated to include graded aggregate base. The revised form is provided via Addendum #2. 2 ITB #2025-008 ADDENDUM #2 5 Who will be in charge of paying for testing? 6 Does the clearing area end at the Right of Way or the Limit of Disturbance? 7 Does GC need a prequalification to install water items? The contractor or subcontractor should be prequalified with the DeKalb County Watershed. 8 Please confirm Georgia Power will provide conduit material and GC should only quote labor/installation.
