ADDENDUM #2 RFP 26-008 HOTEL FEASIBLITY ANALYSIS This addendum is being issued to address a questions for RFP 26-008: 1. Do you have a budget for this project? The budget is $100,000.00. 2. Section III – Proposal Format – In which section, should we include our methodology and timing/project schedule? Under the Executive Summary and Mandatory Submittals section. 3. Section 1.20 Please confirm that you require a performance and bid bond for a project of this scale. (Someone already asked about the bond and Addendum 1 states to refer to the RFP; typically this is required for construction projects.) See Addendum 1 4. Section 2.3 Certifications – As a small business that provides advisory services, we are not required to undertake drug and alcohol testing. Please confirm it is required to provide PHMSA Drug and Alcohol testing data. Drug testing is not required at this time. 5. Section 3.0 E Project Scope – Is an appraisal required as the scope of work? These are typically commissioned by the lender. No appraisal is required at this time but, may be after the contract is awarded. 6. Section 3.0 Project Scope – Do you require a deliverable for each section (total of 4 deliverables) or can we provide one deliverable inclusive of each section? (This will decrease the fee.) One deliverable will be acceptable. 7. Section 3.0 Project Scope – How many potential sites are there to review? There is currently one (1) specific site. However, the City of Commerce Downtown Director is looking for information on other possible sites within the City limits with guidance from the firm awarded the contract. This addendum should be signed and returned with your proposal. Failure to do so may result in the proposal being non-responsive.
