The actual deadline was listed incorrectly on page one (1) but, correct on page two (2). A1. Due no later than February 9, 2021, by 3:00 pm local time prevailing. Any proposals received after this time will not be accepted. The City of Commerce reserves the right to reject any and all submittals, to waive any technicalities or irregularities and to award contracts based on the highest and best interest of the city. Unless already submitted by posting, this addendum should be signed and returned with your proposal.
