PURPOSEGeneral Description: The Bridgeton Board of Education is requesting proposals from companies that provide a supplemental literacy program for Multilingual Learners at the High School level.&nbsp; &nbsp;Scope: We are seeking an organization/company able to provide a systematic blended model program designed to address the needs of our newcomers coded as Transitional Bilingual or High-Intensity ESL.&nbsp; This program will complete our main resources.&nbsp; The program will be offered as an enrichment tool for our recent immigrants.&nbsp; The program must address the New Jersey Learning Standards and provide adaptive features able to provide differentiated instruction to our Multilingual Learners operating at different academic levels.&nbsp;B.&nbsp; SCOPE OF SERVICEProgram accelerates English language acquisition and literacy learning.The program must be effective in the &ldquo;Four Domains of Language&rdquo;, and emphasize the following components:<p style="margin
