Town Commission Meeting The awarded Vendor will be required to appear before the Town Commission to answer questions about their proposed solution or submittal package. Contract Cost The Town requires an all-inclusive contract cost for all functions and duties generally required and as outlined in this RFP, including but not limited to, hardware, labor, meetings, applicable taxes, implementation, customization, licensing and training, etc. System Design Costs The successful Vendor shall be responsible for all design, information gathering, and required programming and configuration to achieve a successful implementation. Additional Charges No additional charges, other than those listed on the pricing forms shall be made.
