ADDENDUM #3 RFP 25-007 Electric Circuit Installation This addendum is being issued to address questions submitted on RFP 25-007: 1. In regards to installation of the underground circuit, what materials is the city providing? What materials is the contractor responsible for? Is the power company providing the transformer? What is UM2-5A – 200 AMP 65 KS Fuses listed on sheet 1 on Ridgeway Rd? The city is providing all materials and transformer; That’s the fuses for the 1500 kva 3 phase padmount transformer. This addendum should be signed and returned with your proposal. Failure to do so may result in the proposal being non-responsive.
