RFP 2026-006 Notification of Bid Process: The Champaign County Board for Care and Treatment of Persons with a Developmental Disability (CCDDB) and the Champaign County Mental Health Board (CCMHB) are seeking bid proposals from academic and/or professional research teams for an “Evaluation Capacity Building” Project. For details, see https://champaigncountyil.gov/CountyExecutive/bids.php. The proposal should identify researchers’ qualifications and experience, a plan to support social service providers in the measurement and reporting of outcomes, annual costs, and an implementation timeline. The Boards will select the proposal which offers the best value and will negotiate a two-year contract with renewal option. The Boards reserve the right to reject any and all proposals.
