The County of Lancaster, Lancaster, Pennsylvania (hereinafter also referred to as County) is soliciting bids for providing foodservice for the Lancaster County Prison. Companies submitting bids must have demonstrated experience in said services as they pertain to an institutional entity. Throughout this document, the singular use of the words Company, Vendor, Contractor, Bidder or Offeror shall apply to the responders of this Invitation for each service, or all services bid. The County is seeking the services of an independent contractor(s) to provide complete foodservice and meals for each and every day of the year to the Lancaster County Prison. This includes supervision and training of inmate trustees.
