ADDENDUM #4 RFP 24-005 American Veteran’s Memorial Park Field Lights This addendum is being issued to address questions submitted on RFP 24-005 Q1. Is a Bid Bond required? A1. Yes, all bid bonds must be in a sum equal to 5% of the total amount of the supplier’s response. Additionally, once awarded, payment and performance bonds are required by law for all construction contracts in excess of $100,000.00. All payment and performance bonds must be in an amount at least equal to 100% of the total contract price. Q2. How many original copies of the Bid are to be submitted? A2. One original and one copy, in addition to an electronic copy. This addendum should be signed and returned with your proposal. Failure to do so may result in the proposal being nonresponsive.
