ADDENDUM #3 RFP 24-005 American Veteran’s Memorial Park Field Lights This addendum is being issued to address questions submitted on RFP 24-005 Q1. Is it your intent to keep the existing poles? A1. Yes. Q2. What is the timeline for the project? A2. Formal approval of the awarded contract takes place on May 13, 2024, at 6p.m. Taking into consideration the lead time, we are anticipating starting July 2024. The softball field will need to be completed first. Q3. What do you want done with the old stuff? A3. The contractor should include the dispose of all materials. This addendum should be signed and returned with your proposal. Failure to do so may result in the proposal being nonresponsive.
