One place in the documents it states that the meeting is mandatory and another place states that it is not mandatory. Can you confirm which is correct? The meeting is MANDATORY. 2. Where is the Prebid being hosted? There will be 3 locations, as per the RFQ. We will start at 277 New Street, Commerce, GA 30529. This addendum should be signed and returned with your proposal.
