ADDENDUM #2 RFP 24-005 American Veteran’s Memorial Park Field Lights This addendum is being issued to address questions submitted on RFP 24-005 Q1. Are there any other specifications we’ll need for this bid opportunity? A1. 3.2 ENVIRONMENTAL LIGHT CONTROL 3.2.5 Targeted Up Light: The lighting system shall utilize technology that provides specific fixtures mounted approximately 16’ above the field to provide targeted light on the bottom side of the ball. This will contribute to better visibility of the ball in play with no glare in the players typical line-of-sight. 3.2.6 A technical document addressing the issue of lighting in the vertical plane above the playing surface for aerial sports while achieving desired glare control requirements will be required for approval. This addendum should be signed and returned with your proposal. Failure to do so may result in the proposal being nonresponsive.
