Public notice is hereby given that bids will be received for the City of Richland’s WWTP ANAEROBIC DIGESTER KNIFE GATE VALVE REPLACEMENT project by the City of Richland Purchasing Division until the date and time specified above, at which time bids will be opened and read publicly. This project includes the removal of the existing knife gate valves, furnishing, installation and place in satisfactory operating condition new knife gate valve, assemblies and appertenances within the City's wastewater treatment plant anaerobic digester building and other incidental work. This project is estimated at $940,000 The City of Richland, in accordance with Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, (78 Stat. 252, 42 U.S.C. 2000d to 2000d-4) and the Regulations, hereby notifies all bidders that it will affirmatively insure that in any contract entered into pursuant to this advertisement, disadvantaged business enterprises will be afforded full and fair opportunity to submit bids in response to this
