Request for Proposals “Town Hall Roof Replacement” RFP#2014-004 ADDENDUM #1 IMPROTANT REMINDER EACH PROPOSER MUST SUBMIT ONE (1) ORIGINAL PLUS (5) ADDITIONAL COPIES OF THE RFP RESPONSE. ADDITIONALLY, THE PROPOSER MUST SUBMIT AN ELECTRONIC COPY ON A COMPACT DISC (CD). At the pre-bid meeting held on May 27, 2014 there was a consensus to alter the approach for the roof replacement. The changes are as follows: 1. The new pre-bid meeting is scheduled for Friday, June 6, 2014 at Town Hall located at 9293 Harding Avenue Surfside, Fl. 33154 in the Town Commission Chambers on the 2nd floor at 10:00 AM. 2. Plans will be provided on Friday, June 6, 2014 at 9293 Harding Avenue Surfside, Fl. 33154 on the 2nd Floor in the Town Commission Chambers to outline the roof replacement utilizing existing drains and scuppers. 3. Bids will be due on Friday, June 20, 2014 by 2:00PM, at which that time will be opened publicly and read aloud at Town Hall located at 9293 Harding Avenue, Surfside, Fl. 33154 on the 2nd Floor in the Town Commission Chambers. 4.
