September 27, 2023 City of Mercedes ADDENDUM NO. 2023-004 (A) Request for Proposals for Group Health/Dental/Vision/RX Insurance Prospective Proposers and all concerned are hereby notified of the following changes in the Request for Proposals document for the above-listed RFP. These changes shall be incorporated in and shall become an integral part of the RFP documents. 1. The deadline to submit the RFP has been changed to October 11, 2023 at 4:00 P.M. 2. A change has been made to the section called “Commissions/Agent of Record” to the following: Commissions/Agent of Record: The City does not currently have an agent of record. Bidder should include a commission fee/percentage, should the Commission select an agent of record.
