ADDENDUM #2 RFP 27-003 AVM Concession Stand This addendum is being issued to address a follow-up question submitted regarding RFP 27-003: 1. Will the restrooms need to be brought up to date with current ADA regulations? I have confirmed that as long as no structural work is being done and the existing walls remain in place, ADA compliance will not be required. However, if any structural work is planned, the project will need to meet current ADA guidelines. This addendum should be signed and returned with your proposal. Failure to do so may result in the proposal being non-responsive.
