ADDENDUM #1 RFP 22-003 Restroom Renovations at Willoughby Park This addendum is being issued to address questions submitted on RFP 22-003. Q1). Does the soffit need to be painted or replaced? A1). Yes, both the soffit and fascia board need to be replaced as needed if rotten or damage is found. The replacement should match as close as possible to the existing wood. All soffit and fascia needs to be caulked and painted light dove gray color. Q2). What color should the exterior entry doors be? A2). The metal doors should be a light dove gray color to match the soffit. Q3). Must the Women’s entry sidewalk be removed to meet ADA? A3). This was presented in the pre-bid meeting held on site on November 14, 2022 in reference to 3.2.2 of the RFP. A new sidewalk for the Women’s is not needed to meet ADA. The City now revises 3.2.2 to read: The small brick retaining wall in front of the entry doors is to be removed. With the removal of the crape myrtles and newfront area being relandscaped, a new concrete pad approximately forty (40) square feet shall be poured. This should align with the Men’s sidewalk, which has a more suitable elevation grade to be ADA compliant. The new concrete should fade in towards the Women’s entry door. This addendum should be signed and returned with your proposal.
