ADDENDUM #1 RFQ 24-003 Fire Department PPE This addendum is being issued to update the specifications submitted on RFQ 24-003 • Coats and Pants o #3 Outer shell: Flex 7 o #10 3M Scotchlite ™ Triple trim in the NYC pattern on the jacket and a 3” band of 3M Scotchlite ™ Triple trim on the trouser o Measuring firefighters on site shall be required of the successful vendor. • Coat – Specific Requirements o #8 Coat length of 32” with a length that is shorter in the front and longer in the back. The available lengths are 27/31, 39/33, 32/36, and 35/39 o #9 Add an additional layer of Flex 7 outer shell material on upper back and a layer of suede leather on the shoulders. And shoulder pads are sewn in under the suede leather reinforcement. o #17 The color of hand and wrist guards shall be gray. • Pants – Specific Requirements o #10 Trouser pockets shall have suede leather reinforcements on the lower half outside of both expansion pockets. – NO POCKET DIVIDER o Pants shall be available in four different styles per waist size. Patterns are available in Slim, Regular, Relaxed and Female. This addendum should be signed and returned with your proposal. Failure to do so may result in the proposal being nonresponsive.
