RFP 2026-0025 Addendum 1 1. Notice to Respondents The Request for Proposal (RFP) is modified as set forth in this Addendum. This addendum shall hereby be made as part of the RFP documents and is issued to change, amplify, or delete from or otherwise explain these documents where provisions of this addendum differ from those of the original documents. This addendum shall have precedence over the original documents and shall govern. The following changes have been made to the RFP: A. The RFP has been extended. The closing date is now 9/3/2026 @ 3:00 PM. Confidentiality The Contractor shall maintain all non-public information secured in connection with any contract with PBPN in strict confidence, with disclosure only to individuals as needed to perform under the contract and on a need- to-know basis. All other provisions shall remain in their entirety.
