Public notice is hereby given that bids will be received for the City of Richland’s Columbia Playfield North Parking Lot Reconstruction project by the City of Richland Purchasing Division until the date and time specified above, at which time bids will be opened and read publicly. This project includes full depth resurfacing of the northern half of the existing parking lot, minor widening in locations, installation of stormwater infrastructure, curb and gutter replacement, streetlight installation, new trash enclosures, new striping, installation of various parking lot features (speed humps, wheel stops, etc.), and new landscaping in areas.
