RFP26-002 Actuarial Services Questions The following questions were submitted to the Issuing Office mailbox: 1. In connection with Section II-6 of the RFP, how would the Issuing Office like Offerors to submit proposed changes or provisions it wishes to add to the Standard Terms? In accordance with SectionII-6 of the RFP, the terms and conditions provisions may only be proposed during negotiations once a vendor is selected. 2. Please provide the fees for the annual report, quarterly report and monthly reports, as well as hourly rates for consultative or other services, for the prior contract for these services by year. The current provider charges a flat fee $39,500 per year for all services listed in this RFP.
