RFP25-001 Unclaimed Property Management System Questions & Answers Regarding RFP25-001 unclaimed Property Management System, the following questions were submitted. On behalf of Treasury, the corresponding answers are in blue. Question 1. Customer Reference Letters Submission RFP Section: Part II. Proposal Requirements – Technical Submittal, Section II. B. General Qualifications & Experience Request for Clarification: Under provision B.18 on page 17 of the RFP, should reference letters be sent by the customer reference directly to the Treasury, or should the letters be sent to the Offeror to include in the Offeror’s proposal submittal? ANSWER: Reference letters should be included with the Offeror’s proposal submittal. Question 2. Data Size for Imaged Documents RFP Section: Part II. Proposal Requirements – Cost Submittal Request for Clarification: With the annual volume of imaged documents listed as approximately 400,000 on page 21 of the RFP, please clarify the total data size of these documents, preferably in gigabytes or terabytes. ANSWER: In calendar year 2024, approximately 250gb of storage data was added in connection with approximately 400,000 imaged documents. Question 3. Volume for Fraud Prevention Solution RFP Section: Part II. Proposal Requirements – Cost Submittal Request for Clarification: It is understood that pricing for Fraud Prevention / Detection services is included as a required line item in the Cost Proposal Sheet on page 22 of the RFP. If the Offeror’s pricing is based on a per-claim-created model for its fraud prevention solution, can the Treasury please confirm if using the Total Number of Claims Forms Received for Calendar Year 2024 (209,577 claims) as shown in Appendix A on page 27 of the RFP is appropriate for estimating the cost? Alternatively, please provide the annual number of claims created on the website for this purpose. ANSWER: The number of claims received shown in Appendix A are total claims received, including electronic, paper, and through the call center. For purposes of the cost submittal, assume that the total claims initiated via Treasury’s website are 167,661 claims (approximately 80%). Question 4. Required Certification Confirmation RFP Section: Appendix B – Scope of Services: System Requirements, Section A. General System Requirements Request for Clarification: Provision A.15 on page 28 of the RFP indicates a requirement for certification via ISO 27001/2, HITRUST, and/or State/GovRAMP.
