The Bridgeton Board of Education (BOE) is seeking proposals from qualified respondents to provide legal services for the 2026-2027 school year. The Attorney chosen as a result of this RFP shall advise the BOE and Administration on all legal matters relating to the district including but not limited to matters relating to negotiating and drafting contracts, procurement law, employment law, mediation and arbitration. The chosen Attorney shall also advise on other matters as needed and shall be available for legal consultation on an as needed basis. B. SCOPE OF SERVICE The services provided by the attorney shall include, but shall not be limited to the following: The Attorney shall provide legal counsel and advice to the BOE and Administration Timely advice and counsel on emergent matters. Counsel shall respond verbally, followed in writing, within twenty-four hours when an inquiry is made by the BOE or the Administration.
