ADDENDUM #9 RFQ 24-001 Bowden Street Tank Painting and Inspection This addendum is being issued to address questions submitted on RFQ 24-001 Q1. Painting exterior/interior, overcoat, blasting, any repairs needed? A1. There is a small leak in the center column, I think. It will need repair and can be priced in the proposal as a separate line item. Not aware of anything else but will negotiate those repairs as they are discovered. Q2. Has the tank been blasted in the past? A2. No info on past work. Q3. Are there any concerns for lead? A3. No concerns about lead. Q4. What is the tank high/low water level? Height of tank? A4. See addendum #3. Q5. Do you want the logo to match what exists? A5. Logo should match the existing. This addendum should be signed and returned with your proposal. Failure to do so may result in the proposal being non-responsive.
