ADDENDUM #1 RFP 25-001 Rec Buildings Renovation This addendum is being issued to address questions arising from the mandatory pre-bid meeting on October 15, 2024, with regards to specifications on RFP 25-001. Building 1 – Gordon Press Box: Assess and replace, as necessary, damaged wood beneath current siding material prior to installing new siding. Cover window opening on the side of the press box with siding. One (1) entrance door noted in the original RFP 25-001 is to be replaced with a commercial grade metal door. Building 2 - Pardue Press Box: Assess and replace, as necessary, damaged wood beneath current siding material prior to installing new siding. One (1) entrance door noted in the original RFP 25-001 is to be replaced with a commercial grade metal door. Building 3 – Concession Stand: Assess and replace, as necessary, damaged wood beneath current siding material prior to installing new siding. Replace existing frame around window on the side of the building and paint black. Five (5) entrance doors noted in the original RFP 25-001 are to be replaced with commercial grade metal doors. Building 4 – Bambino: Assess and replace, as necessary, damaged wood beneath current siding material prior to installing new siding. Replace all four (4) existing window coverings on top level with roll up doors. Widen door frame on ground level 6 inches or as wide as allowable without compromising the structure to allow easier access for lawn equipment. Replace roll up door with new roll up door meeting new measurements after reconstruction of door frame. Three (3) entrance doors noted in the original RFP 25-001 are to be replaced with commercial grade metal doors. Building 5 – Pool Chemical Room: Assess and replace, as necessary, damaged wood beneath current siding material prior to installing new siding. One (1) entrance door noted in the original RFP 25-001 is to be replaced with a commercial grade metal door. All entrance and roll up doors noted for replacement or addition in the original RFP 25-001 are to be black in color to match the color scheme.
