The City of Norfolk (“City”) is seeking a qualified contractor to provide Medical Temporary Staffing Services on an as-needed basis. The Norfolk Community Service Board (“NCSB”) will be the primary user of these services; however, the resulting contract may be used by any department or agency of the City.
